Therapy for life transitions and identity exploration
TRAUMA-INFORMED COUNSELLING - VANCOUVER & ONLINE ACROSS BC
Support for youth (15+) and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, relationships, migration, queerness, chronic pain, and major life changes.
Becoming ourselves is rarely a linear process
You may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, migration, burnout, grief, relational pain, or the exhaustion of trying to hold everything together on your own while feeling disconnected from yourself, others, or a sense of belonging.
Many of our struggles are shaped not only by personal experiences but also by the systems and expectations surrounding us.
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and gently move towards a life that feels more connected and aligned with who you are becoming.
OUR WORK TOGETHER
What our work together can look like
I view therapy as a collaborative process where we can bring curiosity, creativity, and wonder into conversations around life’s more difficult and complex questions. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and shaped by the understanding that our experiences are deeply connected to the environments, relationships, and systems we move through every day.
Together, we can co-create a space to explore emotions, patterns, identities, and experiences at a pace that feels supportive and respectful of where you are. I integrate narrative, somatic, and relational approaches into my work while recognizing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all.

I live, work, and move on the unceded, ancestral, and occupied territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ / Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples. These lands were never surrendered. The lands and waters continue to be stewarded by the Nations who have cared for them since time immemorial. I am committed to remaining in solidarity and accountability, recognizing the ongoing impacts of colonialism both inside and outside the therapy room.
