If you've found yourself here, chances are you're carrying something that feels heavy. Maybe you're navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, chronic pain, a major life transition, or questions about identity and belonging. Or perhaps you've simply reached a point where the life you're living no longer feels aligned with the person you want to become. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to make sense of it alone.

I approach therapy with the understanding that healing is about more than reducing symptoms—it is about understanding ourselves within the context of our bodies, relationships, cultures, communities, and lived experiences. We all live inside stories about who we are, what we deserve, and what is possible for us. Sometimes those stories feel empowering. Other times, they have been shaped by trauma, migration, or systems that were never designed with us in mind. Together, we can become curious about those stories and explore what new possibilities might emerge.

In our work together, I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and affirming space where your experiences can be explored with care and curiosity. My practice is trauma-informed, relational, strengths-based, decolonizing, and anti-oppressive, drawing from Narrative Therapy and Somatic approaches because I believe both our minds and our bodies carry wisdom. You remain the expert in your own life; my role is not to tell you who to become, but to walk alongside you as we reconnect with your strengths and move toward a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

My work is informed not only by clinical training, but also by my lived experience as a queer immigrant to Canada. These experiences have shaped how I understand identity, belonging, resilience, and the ways that larger systems influence our wellbeing. They remind me that healing rarely happens in isolation—it often happens through connection, community, and being witnessed.

“It would be an honour to accompany you as you reconnect with your strengths, reshape your story, and build a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and possible.”
